Just as Queensland wins the first round of State of Origin another Whale Watching Season begins. Whale One passengers & crew ventured out in good conditions on the first whale watching cruise of the season.
Sighting our first pod just 2.5 mile off Mooloolaba Bay this morning shortly after leaving The Wharf. The mother and calf were slowly swimming north on their migration. With some close encounters after the young calf (last years baby) became a little inquisitive with a few breaches before swimming off with its mother.
