Wild One 10AM
First cruise of the season for Wild One and they encountered 2 separate pods of mother yearlings and escorts. Plenty of tail slaps, peduncle throws and heaps of fluke ups on display with more than 10 whales within a mile of our boat.
Whale One 1PM
Best sea day this season on Whale One this afternoon on the 1pm cruise. About 4 mile offshore – one sub adult was having a snooze in the midday sun..
..further out we came across a couple of small pods with lots of activity… head lunging, pec slapping, tail fluking with one whale hovering around the back of the boat.
