A absolute whale of a day! Perfect conditions, glassy seas, warm breeze and wonderful whales! We followed mother her calf and an escort for a while as they playfully milled around the area. There were other pods in our vicinity- mother and calf (we tried not to interrupt there bonding and feeding time!) and witnessed a beautiful whale affiliation as two pods merged into one towards the end of the trip, you could see a lot of action between the two pods under the waters surface with large splashes and lunging! A glorious day- leaving our customers very happy indeed!
