Today was another fantastic day out on the water with a total of 9 whales spotted and beautiful conditions with 20ft visibility down into the water. The first two pods were seen at 9.50am just 9 miles out with the juvenile coming straight across to check us out, mugging , spy hopping and being ever so friendly with all the children onboard. With another two whales breaching at 11 miles out we said our farewells to the juvenile and moved on to check them out. We stayed with this playful bunch until it was time to head home. Passengers spotted another three whales breaching as we headed in, concluding another great day of whale watching.
