Today Whale one spotted a single humpback whale 12 miles offshore coming nice and close to the boat, providing a show of tail slaps and peduncle throws. After watching this humpback for an hour The vessell came across a pod of 4 humpbacks just cruising along and lapping up the lovely weather.
The swell was aroung 1-2m and there was 16-20knot southerly breeze. So far into our Whale Watching season we have had a 100% sighting rate which is fantastic!!!
