Saturday the 7th- whale watching

Today’s whale sightings were very wide-ranging; first the passengers were greeted by 2 young humpbacks travelling north, theses playful whales spent their time with the vessel slapping their tails on the water’s surface and peduncle throwing for at least 20 mins, they were very interactive and gave the passengers an exciting display of their might. On return journey the vessel spotted three separate pods of varying sizes out wide of the vessel, the whales cruised past gracefully as the passengers watched with delight. The weather was bright and sunny, with 2m of confused swell and a slight breeze.
