Yet another stunning day out on the water today. The vessel intercepted two whales continuing their migration south, back to the cool waters of the Antarctic. Another pod of three whales was soon spotted, of which began mugging the vessel. These whales were performing the signature moves known as fluke up dives, pec slaps and tail slaps. it was truly a remarkable sight. Whale One stuck with these whales for a good hour or so before noticing a very active female. She was putting on a spectacular display of powerful breaches, pec slaps and tail slaps. She was later joined by a male Humpback and lets just say she was quite excited by the attention!!! It was a 10/10 day enjoyed by all onboard!!
