After having to cancel a number of cruises due to bad weather conditions, today the weather conditions were excellent. With only 1m swells, a 5 knot southerly breeze and beautiful sunshine it could not be better! We saw a pod of three whales breaching not far from the coast just 2 miles off the boat. As we came closer they came to say hello and were peduncle throwing and fluke up diving right beside the boat. We had them swimming around our boat for about an hour giving all our passengers a wonderful close encounter with the whales and even some dolphins. As we were about to make our way back we saw another pod of about 6 whales breaching 3miles off the boat. So many whales everywhere!!!
