This morning we had nice sea conditions with a lazy swell. We spotted 3 adults and a newborn calf, only about a day or two old, South of Mudjimba Island. We followed them to the South of Point Cartwright, where they were seen cruising quite close to the shore. The Whales put on a beautiful show spy hops, fluke-up dives, barrel rolls and pectoral slaps, showing off how strong and powerful these amazing creatures are. It is assumed that the newborn calf was doing some feeding just off Point Cartwright.
All in all it was a stunning day out on the water and the Whales put on a spectacular show for all on board.
