This morning we saw a single whale about 4 and half miles South-East of Point Cartwright. At first there was 10 minute downtimes, but we did get a full breach, numerous tail throws, tail slaps and pectoral slaps and a few close encounters. Our lone whale performed good fluke updives.
Unfortunately, this has been our last whale watching trip for the season! The whales have suddenly dropped off a bit early this year, so we have been forced to cancel our upcoming trips this week. We are getting around to calling everyone, so if you haven’t heard from us yet please be patient.
We ARE going to be running our new Dolphin Discovery lunch time tour this weekend instead of our whale watching.
