8 am whale watching on board Wild One – Total of 12 whales
Aaron & Steph took the passengers out in perfect conditions this morning. Breaching whales were sighted as they cruised out. We followed a mother & calf. 2 pods of 3 whales were sighted further out and closer 2 single whales caught our eye. Fantastic whales and picture perfect sea conditions. Very close encounters with a Mother & calf directly in front of the boat.
9am whale watching on board Whale One – Total of 5 whales. Tony the skipper on Whale One reported a brand new calf with its mother only 2-3 metres long.
11am – Wild One – More amazing sightings during the day. Another 5 whales on the mid morning trip.
1pm – Whale One – Great viewing on board with the perfect sea conditions and plenty of whales. The skipper advised the next few days will be good whale watching weather.
2.30pm – Wild One – Aaron report more whales with Mothers calves & escorts taking the show with breaching, pec fin slapping, spy hopping and tail slapping.
