Today was magic! Mum’s “super milk”
sent one of our calf’s crazy with energetic power into a series of above water breaches, tail slapping, head lunging and belly rolls. It was the most energetic calf of the season by far, accompanied by an escort and the mother. There was about four pods in the vicinity between 3 and 5 miles out to sea and the conditions to get there-immaculate!!! Warm with cool breeze, the guests were loving the close encounters with our whale friends over a glass of wine and good cheer.
