Today we delayed the departure to 12noon in the hope the wind would calm down by then and although it was not as calm as we hoped the conditions were still OK for the cruise to go ahead. The first whale we saw came close to the boat and we were able to enjoy a close encounter with this magnificent creature. Then another whale joint in on its way up north. We saw plenty of breaching whales further on the whale highway and saw another two whales up close on our way home.
