Our trip out this morning saw some fairly good weather and sea conditions, hardly any wind and only a metre of swell. We went out to the wreck of the Brisbane and spotted a mother and calf, who we followed for a while until they met up with a second mother and calf. The calves were fairly active, and performed multiple breaches, tail throws and slaps, pectoral slaps and several close encounters!
