A little choppy out on the water today but worth it for our passengers willing to brave the seas.
We saw 3 whales approximately 10 miles offshore. A mother, her calf (yearling) and an escort!
There were close encounters, fluke dives, tail and pectoral slaps (by the calf too) and passengers even got a glimpse of the little one feeding!
No dolphins on our Dolphin Discovery Cruise today but guests were delighted with a close encounter from a juvenile humpback who came right up to the boat.
Great sightings early in the season!
