Finally back out on the water today after a run of bad weather.
This morning we kept company with a single humpback off Mudjimba Island he was a little slow at first (maybe he wanted a sleep in?). Then it was breakfast time! He started feeding right next to the boat doing a few fluke up dives and raising his tail in the air as he fed. We even got to see a few lunge feeding attempts.
There were also plenty of dolphins around this morning. All up it was a good morning!
Our afternoon trip is already on it’s way out. Details to come…
