On another beautiful sunny morning out on the water, we caught sight of a young mother and her calf around Point Cartwright. The playful calf was happily swimming with mum, as we followed alongside them for a few miles. This gorgeous pair then met up with some more whales where they continued to play around, with some of them demonstrating some exciting tail flukes, head lunges and a bit of breaching action to give us a little show. There were lots of relatively shy whales surrounding us, about 5 separate pods all together hanging out fairly close to us.
